Who we serve

Support for people with developmental disabilities across Arizona.

We serve individuals who are eligible for services through Arizona's Division of Developmental Disabilities, along with the families, guardians and coordinators who support them.

Individuals

People eligible for DDD services.

Arizona's Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) supports eligible people diagnosed with:

  • Autism
  • Cerebral palsy
  • Epilepsy
  • Cognitive / intellectual disability
  • Down syndrome

DDD also serves children under six who are at risk of a developmental disability. Eligibility is decided by DDD. Source: Arizona DES, Division of Developmental Disabilities.

Not sure if you qualify?

DDD makes eligibility decisions. If you are not yet connected with DDD, their website is the place to start. If you already receive DDD services, talk with your support coordinator about the services you need, or reach out to us with questions.
