Background check
Because we work with vulnerable people, all staff must pass a background check before working. In Arizona this typically includes a Fingerprint Clearance Card from the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
Training
New staff complete required training before working on their own, and training continues on the job. We will explain what your role requires during hiring.
